HOLY LOCH AMERICAN VETERANS ASSOCIATION (HLAVA)
The object of “HLAVA”, a non-profit military veterans organization, is to serve as a local association to support and assist its members; to provide a focal point for information; to cultivate and maintain good relations within the community and a sense of belonging for its members; honor and perpetuate the memory of HLAVA personnel and to assist association members in fortune and distress.
GARELOCHHEAD SERVICE TRUST
Garelochhead Service Trust (note the recent name change) provides information, support, training and social opportunities for veterans and their families, of all ages.
Since GST was granted SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation) status on 27th June 2019, the board of trustees and project coordinator have worked hard to fulfil their role within the community.
